We are not affiliated with the Florida DBPR, any exam administrator, or NASCLA, and using this site does not guarantee licensure. All practice questions are original and aligned to public exam content outlines — never actual exam questions.
Use the site for your own exam prep. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions or materials, and don't share paid access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
On eligible plans: if you complete your prep plan in the app and do not pass your exam on the first attempt, we cover your $295 retake fees. Conditions apply, including: the guarantee covers exam retake fees only (not travel, books, or application fees); you must have completed the prep plan requirements shown in the app before your exam date; and you must provide your official score report. Full guarantee terms are provided at purchase.
Monthly plans renew until you cancel; cancel anytime and you keep access through the period you paid for. One-time plans are a single payment for the access described at purchase.
We work hard to keep questions accurate and cited — and we pay a bounty when you catch a mistake — but exam rules, fees, and content outlines can change. Always confirm current requirements with the official exam administrator. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
